This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle production times, shipping methods, costs, and international orders.
Each garment is created individually to your confirmed measurements and fabric selections.
Typical production timelines are as follows:
Suits, Jackets, and Outerwear: 6–8 weeks
Shirts, Pants, and Vests: 4–6 weeks
Accessories (e.g., ties, pocket squares): 2–3 weeks
Production time begins after your order details and payment have been finalized.
Please note that production times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to fabric availability, seasonal demand, or design complexity.
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout.
Standard Shipping (Domestic U.S.): 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (Domestic U.S.): 1–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and delivery method.
Occasionally, we offer free or discounted shipping promotions — these will be clearly noted on the website or in your order summary.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These are the customer’s responsibility.
For your protection:
All shipments include tracking and may require a signature upon delivery.
If you are unavailable to receive your package, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or hold your item for pickup.
Once a package shows as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, we cannot control external factors such as:
Shipping carrier delays
Customs inspections
Weather disruptions or natural events
In such cases, we will communicate updates promptly and assist with any available tracking or claims support.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@joshstitches.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and garment.
We’ll investigate and, if applicable, repair, replace, or reimburse you as appropriate.
