At Josh Stitches, every garment is individually handcrafted to your exact measurements, preferences, and design specifications. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our work.
All Josh Stitches garments are bespoke and made to order.
This means:
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Each item is custom-cut, sewn, and finished based on your confirmed measurements and design selections.
Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.
Because of their personalized nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom or made-to-measure garments
Personalized embroidery or monogramming
Fabric swatches, gift cards, and accessories
We only accept returns or provide adjustments under the conditions described in Section 3.
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is:
Defective in workmanship,
Damaged in transit, or
Significantly different from your approved design specifications,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A brief description of the problem
Our quality team will evaluate your claim and respond within 3 business days.
If approved, we may:
Offer a repair at no additional cost,
Remake the garment, or
Provide a partial or full refund, at our discretion.
Our goal is to ensure your garment fits comfortably and stylishly.
If your order doesn’t fit as expected:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Provide your updated measurements and photos showing the issue.
We will work with you to identify the best solution.
Depending on the situation, we may:
Reimburse reasonable local tailoring costs (typically up to a set limit per garment), or
Offer a one-time remake if the fit issue results from a production error.
Fit adjustments are evaluated case-by-case and do not apply if incorrect measurements were provided during ordering.
If a return or remake is approved:
We will provide detailed instructions and shipping information.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue results from our error.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, so please use a tracked delivery service.
Because each garment is made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
After that point, fabric may be cut and production may have begun, making cancellation impossible.
