From fabric cutting to final stitching, every detail is made to your measurements and design selections.
This process takes time — and it’s worth it.
Typical production times:
Suits, Jackets, Outerwear: 6–8 weeks
Shirts, Pants, Vests: 4–6 weeks
Accessories: 2–3 weeks
We’ll email you updates as your order moves through production and again once it ships.
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Estimated shipping times:
U.S. Standard: 3–7 business days
U.S. Express: 1–3 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note: customs duties or import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
We want your clothing to fit exactly as you envisioned.
If your garment doesn’t fit as expected, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Here’s how it works:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Send clear photos and your updated measurements.
We’ll assess the issue and offer a solution — which may include covering local tailoring costs or remaking the piece if there was a production error.
Our goal is simple: your complete confidence and comfort in every stitch.
Because each garment is custom-made, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges.
However, if your item:
Arrives damaged,
Has a defect in craftsmanship, or
Differs significantly from your confirmed order,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@joshstitches.com.
We’ll review your claim and offer a repair, remake, or refund where appropriate.
If a return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue results from our error.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, production may have started and materials allocated, so cancellation is no longer possible.
